Argolis-Polychem assumes obligations not to allow corrupt practices which misrepresent implementation of responsibility of the Parties under the Agreement.
Employee, supervisor or any other representative of a Party cannot ask or/and take bribes or any other assets/promises, directly or indirectly from employee, supervisor or representative, which misrepresents performance of any responsibility of the Parties under the Agreement.
Employee, supervisor or any other representative of a Party cannot offer or/and give bribes or any other assets/promises, directly or indirectly from employee, supervisor or representative, which misrepresents performance of any responsibility of the Parties under the Agreement, or the behaviour required from the recipient of the bribe, improper advantage or promise thereof.
